The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in front of a famous attraction. the view was amazing, and the people watching was entertaining. the meals provided by the hotel were well-crafted and delicious, providing a satisfying gastronomic experience.

The quality of service was quite poor, making our romantic escape less memorable. the staff seemed uninterested in our needs and were not attentive, which left us feeling neglected and unimportant.

I loved the private onsen in my room and the comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive, making me feel like a VIP. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, definitely worth the price. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the shopping street and a public bath.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect and convenient. It's situated right next to Dogo Onsen and the shopping street, which provides great views and interesting people watching. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and each has a private onsen, which is ideal for couples. the staff is super attentive and polite, and the dinner provided was amazing, making the experience at this hotel totally worth the price.

One of the facilities could be improved is the water boiler, which seems a little old and rusty inside. It would be great if they could update this, as it's a useful facility to have in the room.

The hotel is perfectly located for a city break, just steps away from a famous attraction and a shopping district. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with unique themes that add character. The staff are always extremely friendly and provide excellent service, treating every guest like a VIP. I particularly enjoyed the free drinks in the refrigerator that were restocked daily.

While the rest of the service was amazing, the serving at the terrace bar was sub-standard in terms of quantity. Despite paying a high price, I received less than half a glass of sparkling wine.

Perfect location next to Dogo Onsen and shopping street. Private onsen in each room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Attentive and polite staff. Amazing Kaiseki meals. Highly recommended.
